I had a great experience with Dr. Shea. He was attentive, listened carefully to my concerns, and took the time to make sure I felt heard. He explained the next steps for treatment clearly, and his recommendations made a lot of sense. Throughout the appointment, he created a comfortable and reassuring environment, which made the whole experience much less stressful. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a thoughtful and knowledgeable dermatologist.
