Upper West Side Dermatology is like this amazing microcosm of what a dermatologist’s office should be. The doctors, nurses, and administrative staff here are always so knowledgeable and professional; most importantly they are always compassionate and genuinely dedicated to patient care. I never feel rushed like I have at other dermatologists (even though I know how busy they are). I never feel unheard in my concerns. Dr. Travis has treated me with respect and empathy while finding creative solutions that have vastly improved my condition. I’m extremely grateful to have found Dr. Travis and her incredible team.
