there was assistant who met with me first very nice polite and helpfull the dermatologist came in afterward asked me some questions. about my medical history and family medical history then proceed to examine me and explained anything that was unusual but not a problem and she was very empathetic and caring in her coversation with me also she was very attentive to everything I said and also gave me very positive affirmations when everything went well(in other words she was supportive)
